Went to a facial yesterday with my couz Nad @ Bioskin. Never had a facial before. A bit "jakun", or, in English, awestruck. Took some pics. The facial person showed how our skin looks like 50X magnified, and OMG. It looks horrible! The facial hairs are as thick as tree trunks! And like so bloody oily! *shudders* Thank god no one can really see how it's like 50X magnified, otherwise i'll just hide my face in a paper bag whenever i go outside.

The waiting area. Very nice. It's a long couch with fake bamboo plants behind. Reminded me of Anderson Sec Sch. Without the uniforms of cuz. LOL

The interior of the spa. This place is @ Wheelock Place by the way. 5th floor, tucked at the very corners of the building. We almost thought we were lost!

Anyway, the facial was good. Both of us also had, as an additional service, upper lip threading done. And it hurts so bad -for me anyway- that i had tears streaming down my face the whole time it was being done.

After over 2hrs of facial, we were finally let out of the spa. Damn hungry, and decided to eat over at Marriott. Actually, not so keen on the eating part, but i miss the Shirley Temple there, so off we went.

Me slouching after the meal. I looked so tired, and i was. So it was off back home right after that. Can barely keep my eyes open, but once i was home i can't sleep! Tossing and turning til the wee hours of the morning. Insomnia rules yet again.

All in all, an enjoyable day. To my couz, Nad, yup, let's do this again, and see if your mum's willing to sponsor this time round. Hehe.
